On 27 October 2026, Liberia and China signed a development grant agreement valued at RMB 200 million, reported at approximately US$30 million. The funding is intended for development projects to be jointly identified by both governments, with the agreement strengthening bilateral development cooperation.
The grant creates opportunities for project-finance planning, financial oversight and investment monitoring. HPC can support banks, public institutions and financial advisers with financial modelling, risk analytics and portfolio-monitoring systems.
