On 31 October 2026, ArcelorMittal Liberia’s chief executive said the company’s cumulative investment in the country was approaching US$4 billion, covering mining, railway, port, power and social infrastructure. The company expects iron ore exports to exceed 20 million metric tons in 2027, compared with less than five million tons in 2024.
The expansion creates demand for industrial equipment, mineral processing, logistics and supply-chain services. HPC can support mining operators with production modelling, predictive maintenance, inventory analytics and transport optimisation.
